It is with pleasure and in the interest of transparency that we provide a summary of the feedback on the student experience during the past examinations. With student numbers at Southern Business School growing as fast as it does, it is essential that we keep tabs on our own performance as a service provider. Regular student satisfaction surveys provide us with an opportunity to ensure that we maintain high levels of performance!
Background Information On The Respondents
297 students completed the survey in full. All of these students partook in the November/December 2011 examinations.
The Examination Experience
Of the respondents, 92.59% were satisfied with the examination service provided by Southern Business School.
95.62% of the respondents were satisfied with the conduct of the invigilators at the examination venues.
Of the respondents, 85.07% contacted Southern Business School with examination related queries. The friendliness and helpfulness and resolving of queries were rated on a five point scale.
We are satisfied that most of our students had a good examination experience this semester. There is always room for improvement but this is to be expected with a project of this size and scope. Congratulations to all the members of staff, and especially Caroline and her team who keep improving the examination experience every year!
